casafix.com REFUND POLICY

  1. casafix.com only accepts certain credit and debit cards. By buying any service from casafix.com, you agree that the payment card associated with your account will be automatically re-billed according to the terms of your subscription.
  2. Products purchased from casafix.com, may be refunded only if cancelled within the following timeframe:
    • Annual Plans - Within 90 days of the date of the transaction
    • Semiannual Plans - Within 30 days of the date of the transaction.
    • Quarterly Plans - Within 15 days of the date of the transaction.
    • Monthly Plans - Within 48 hours of the date of the transaction.
  3. If you cancel your subscription within the according timeframe of initial sign-up or renewal, you will receive a pro-rated refund of fees paid. You will not be entitled to any refund if cancel after timeframe. Fees for certain services, including but not limited to registration and maintenance, set up fees, shipping and handling, are not refundable except as may be provided otherwise herein or unless provided otherwise by applicable local law. casafix.com may, in its sole discretion, refund other amounts as it deems necessary or advisable.
  4. Accounts will not be activated or reactivated unless you provide advance payment and complete and accurate registration information.
  5. All renewal fees are due on or before the date your subscription expires. If casafix.com is unable to process a payment by its due date, casafix.com may immediately suspend your account by disabling service features until payment is successfully processed.
  6. If your account has been placed in suspended status for non-payment, casafix.com may permanently close your account and delete your data 30 days after sending notification to the email address associated with your account.
  7. casafix.com will report any suspected fraud related to payment cards.
  8. If you want to close your account, it is your responsibility to do so before your renewal date to avoid further charges.
  9. You have 90 days to dispute any charge or payment processed by casafix.com. If you have a question concerning a charge you believe is incorrect, please contact us by opening a support case at support@casafix.com
